Information provided directly by the user to perform the core "Phone Proxy" operations of the Service.

• Contact Information: WhatsApp ID, email address, and phone number (including country code).
• Information regarding requests: Name (reservation name), address, phone number, desired dates/times, image data of undelivered item slips, and any other information necessary to convey to the counterparty (stores, hospitals, delivery companies, etc.) to fulfill the request.

B. Payment Information

• Billing Information: Information generated during the payment of service fees (billing name, email address, etc.).

Note: As the Service uses Stripe Payment Links, the Service does not retain credit card information itself; it is strictly managed by Stripe.

C. Access Information

• Access Analysis Information: Access origin country, OS/browser information, browsing history, IP address, etc.

Purpose of Use

The Service uses User Information for the following purposes:

To Provide the Service

• To execute phone proxy tasks (reservations, inquiries, arrangements) based on user requests.
• To report the results of the request to the user.

For inquiry response and service improvement

• To respond to user inquiries or complaints.
• To improve the Service, develop new features, and analyze usage status.

For billing and prevention of fraudulent use

• To bill usage fees.
• To monitor and prevent fraudulent use.

Provision to Third Parties

The Service provides User Information to third parties for the following purposes. By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to this provision.

When necessary to fulfill a request

• Purpose: To make reservations or inquiries based on the user's request.
• Recipients: Counterparties such as restaurants, hospitals, delivery companies, local governments, rental management companies, etc.
• Information Provided: Only information essential for executing the request, such as the user's name (reservation name), contact information, address, and desired date/time.

When based on law

• When disclosure is requested by judicial or administrative agencies based on laws and regulations.

Security Management

The Service takes the following measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of User Information and for other security management purposes.

• Protection of Communication: SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) is implemented in all communications, including the Landing Page (LP) and payment pages.
• Data Access Restriction: Access rights to User Information are limited to the minimum necessary staff (the Operator) for business operations.
• Limitation of Retention Period: Chat history and request details that have passed a certain period (e.g., 3 months) after the fulfillment of the request will, in principle, be deleted or anonymized after the minimum period necessary for service improvement has passed.

Use of Cookies

The website (LP) of this Service may use Cookies for access analysis (such as Google Analytics) and to improve service convenience. This does not infringe on user privacy. If you do not wish to accept Cookies, please change your browser settings.
