Description of Service

MoshiMoshi is a third-party proxy service that provides non-Japanese speakers with assistance in making phone calls to businesses, institutions, and individuals within Japan.

Scope and Limitations

• The Service is limited to interpreting and conveying information or performing simple tasks (e.g., scheduling redelivery, making a standard reservation).
• The service does NOT provide legal advice, medical consultation, financial consultation, or high-level negotiation services.
• MoshiMoshi Helper reserves the right to refuse any request deemed illegal, unethical, harassing, or beyond the reasonable scope of the service.

User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information (names, addresses, dates, medical symptoms) required for the Service. MoshiMoshi is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate user input.
• Lawful Use: You shall not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Contactability: You must be reachable via WhatsApp (or the designated communication channel) during the service execution period.

Fees and Payment

• Pricing is on a per-task basis and may be shown before you confirm.
• Pre-payment is required before we begin the task
• Refunds: full refund if we cannot attempt the request; no refund if a third party refuses, is unreachable, or declines the request after a reasonable attempt.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No guarantee: outcomes such as confirmed bookings or successful deliveries are not guaranteed.
• Limitation of liability: our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for that specific task.
• No professional advice: we do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice and you should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
